What happens next?
Once you’ve contacted me, we’ll set up a mutually convenient time to have a chat on the phone. This is free of charge and lasts up to half an hour. If you decide you would like to go ahead after this, we will book in an introductory session where we can meet in person (or online if preferred).
Clients usually come for counselling once a week, often at the same time. Sessions last for 50 minutes. Whilst initially it is ideal for the sessions to take place weekly to help build a strong working relationship, I appreciate that this is not always possible and I am happy to accommodate different requirements.
